Meet the Parents

PHIDIPPUS REGIUS (Regal)
Bogs
A very sweet and always willing to hang out spider. Excellent calm demeanor and large in size. Bogs often sits on my shoulder for hours and takes naps on my computer monitor to keep me company in the home office. He has no interest in leaving the security of mom.

Phidippus Regius (Regal)_
DOTTIE
Dottie is a gorgeous vibrant orange jumper with purple to pink chels and distinct light face. She has bold markings on her abdomen. She is is tolerant to being handled, but doesn't usually come out without a little encouragement. She is calm and interested in exploring shoulders and hair.

Phiddipus Adumbratus
Genevieve

Genevieve is a WC Adumbratus doll! She was very newly mature when I got her and was already gravid. Her babies are throwing a lot of color. She has taken well to the life of a house spider and enjoys getting fed and cuddles regularly. The males in this species are crazy cute but small, and the females are just a tad smaller than regals.

Phiddipus Adumbratus
Versace
Meet the cutest little Adumbratus daddy around! He's not a bit fella but he has a way with the ladies! Adumbratus have the most sincere adoring expressions. Everyone needs Adumbratus in their life. Smaller than Regals, but if you are interested in outgoing gregarious personalities, grab an Adumbratus tyke.

GALAXY GIRL
My photos are not edited. You might need sunglasses with Galaxy girl as she is all gold, gold, gold! Enough said about her looks, but wait till you learn that every single time I open her enclosure she makes eye contact. She is almost always interested in coming out to visit and practice jumps off my fingers. She's out of this world and loved very much.

Phiddipus Arizonensis Male

BEETHOVEN
This spooder has more personality in his pinky leg than most. He is a massive extrovert and just wants to play and dance, hence his name. If you check in my reels you will find a video of him arms up all the time! He's very sensory oriented and just wants to love you. Look at his golden gloves! This is a smaller species, but make up for it in glitz, glam, and gregariousness! I plan to breed him once my female matures.

Phiddipus Regius Peach Sprinkles Dark
Rainy
When Rainy came to me she was almost ghost looking with a hint of peach. Her sister Sheila appeared more peach than Rainy. In her mature molt she took on a deeper peach and dark appearance. She is truly beautiful with pinkish/peach tones and black with purple chels. She is a kind spider and is happy when she gets attention. I'm eager to breed her soon with an orange phase male soon and look for more spook. Can't wait to see her babies. Great example of how they change.

Phiddipus Otiousus Florida Variant Male
MAVERICK
Maverick came to me as a WC spider and has taken well to being a house spider. He's a great one to add to the line of domesticated pet jumpers in the world. Excellent appearance, demeanor and is larger than all others I have seen for a Male Otiosus. He has really taken on an orange hue. I do not use any filters. His appearance is a 10 and I have nothing but great things to say about this spider! Maverick is our spokes-spider and we love him very much.

Phiddipus Regius High White Female
Willamina Paulette
This is a beauty that I do not own, but rather purchased an egg sac from her clutch. I will place homes for her babies, but I am also looking to keep a few to see if I can get more invested in the genetics with White Phase dominant spiders. They are stunningly beautiful. Her clutch has been strong and getting through the molts stronger than some, so good stock I say. For ID purposes we will call her Willamina Paulette for White Phase. Appreciate bringing her lines in!

PHIDIPPUS AUDAX Big Bend x Bryantae
Nexus
Nexus is the younger brother to Maze and VADER. he is all about fun, fun, fun! Easy to spot in his all green habitat and is vibrant and playful. He has not been paired yet, but i anticipate him to be a big part of our Audax program when he matures. I mean, just look at the trust in those eyes. What a cutie patootie. See big brother Vaders photos and you will quickly see the family resemblance. If you are curious to get into Audax Bolds, we can hook you up with an amazing line!

Phidippus Texanus
KISS ME KATE!
Kiss Me Kate got her name because she is so kissable! She is my only spider that doesn't flinch when I touch her abdomen lightly and doesn't fear kisses. She is very mellow, even more than a mature Regal. She wants only to sit in your hand or shoulder and be a part of what you are doing. Kate is a big girl though so I have to be careful she doesn't loose her balance and get injured when we are interacting. She has been bred to Cassanova and we are waiting to see her offspring. Her markings are incredibly beautiful.

Phiddipus Audax (Bold)
GLIMMER
Glimmer! Can you see it?. I do! Great two tones black on that bootie. She used to be quite shy when I got her, but she is getting used to being handled and going to the play gym. She's a big girl and reminds me of the first jumping spider I noticed outside my entry way. I have a soft spot for the dark spoods because they aren't as flashy as the colored ones, but they are every bit as deserving of love and attention. Glimmer has been paired with Vader, a beautiful Big Bend Bryantae Audax. Should be great babes!

Phidippus Regius (Regal) Dragons Breath Orange Female
Blossom
Blossom is a princess all the way. She's got her mattress cushion and headboard in her habitat and she uses it over her silk bed most days. She is the brightest orange Regal we have and will be paired with a banded orange line male. I am looking forward to seeing Blossom be a mother and treat her babies like royalty too. She is receptive to being handled and a fairly active regal who likes to explore all over her human jungle gym. sporting magenta chels, she's got it going on!

Phiddipus Audax (Bold) Big Bend x Bryantae
Maze
Maze is cool. She's just a cool spider. She always comes across like she knows what is going on with tons of confidence. Maybe that is why they are called bolds. on feeding day she pops right out, when it's spritzing time she doesn't run for cover. Nothing phases this girl. Maze is the sister of Nexus and Vader, I would have liked to pair her with another Big Bend/Bryantae, but couldn't find one when she was ready. The boy that won her heart is the dashing Jupiter with the bright blue chels. They had the sweetest interaction before pairing.

Phiddipus Otiosus Florida Variant
Sofia
Sofia is a lady and is not an easy sell for the gentlemen. Very discerning tastes. Her previous owner was unable to pair her, and I had to try three different spiders and finally Maverick three different occasions. He finally won her attention, but he had to work for it. Sofia is a Tory Burch kind hand bag kind of gal. She knows what she wants and how to get it. She is a master manipulator with the sad looks if I choose another spider to play with at times. She is also very large for her species; bigger than my regals. Cool spood

Phiddipus Adumbratus Chocolate Female
Coco
Coco is all class and named after Coco Chanel the fashion designer. Coco can be found in her roses or on her strings of pearls in her habitat. Because of her, Adumbratus have become one of my favorite species of jumper. She is unique with her smooth and flowy color variations on her abdomen. She was young and naturally very tame when I got her. THeir facial expressions slay me and I feel they are an under-rated pet. Coco was paired with Versace and I am excited to see the color variations they throw. Everyone needs a few adumbratus.

Phiddipus Regius Apalachicola Female
Jeannie Rose
Jeannie Rose is a firecracker! And a big big girl at that. She is my largest jumper and came to me gravid from another breeder. Her first clutch is very tiny so I am hoping the next ones yield a little more promise. This is a great breed to handle because it is harder to lose them! She is what some may call a goliath, but this florida family of regals from the Apalachicola area is just bigger than the rest. If I am lucky enough to get babies from her I will be thrilled. Nice spooder with Green to Pink Chels.

Phiddipus audax big Bend Bryantae
Vader
Vader is frigging cute! If this isn't a cute spider I don't know what is. He has creamsicle markings on his abdomen and almost a complete head band to help his stay cool. Vader works out religiously in his habitat and hits the playgym on occasion too. Recently I had him on my finger as we were doing just dance with the teenagers and he got excited and waved his arms and was right there with us. This is an outgoing boy and we love him. He's an exciting Audax and will be sure to bring cute babies!

Phiddipus Otiosus Florida Variant
Cool Man Luke
This fella is a pretty shy guy! He is a very nice-looking Jumper; medium in build. A little smaller than Maverick, but not a small by any means. Luke was recently paired With Galaxy Girl. I am really hoping that that pairing is a success as they are both exceptionally attractive Jumpers. Galaxy Girl is a 10+. She is outgoing, Assertive, playful and is always wanting out of her enclosure. Sucks the air out of the room , so hopefully Luke's Cool Demeaner will balance out the babes!

Phiddipus Audax
Chyna Doll
is stunning. Look at her! She came to me rather wild and not used to being handled. This photo shoot was a very good bonding experience for us. I want to be her friend and after freaking out for a bit she finally realized she was the star of the show. By the end she just wanted to enjoy being held and didn't want to return to her condo. Please take a moment to enjoy her beauty. Chyna doll has been paired with Vader our resident handsome big bend bryantae. Pictures don't do justice.

Phiddipus Regius (Regal) Female
Harriet
Look at this doll baby! Whites and light grays are fairly hard to come by. We are thrilled to have this girl with MtJS. Harriet came to us Gravid and was paired with another Male that had white lineage parents. One can only hope we will see more light babes from Harriet. She is a darling girl with a shy personality and deep violet chels. I don't have photo's of the male she was paired with but I trust the source and am sure he was appropriately handsome.

Phiddipus Audax Bold
Jupiter
I only have great things to say about this audax. I wasn't as excited about Audax until I met Jupiter. The flash makes his chels green-ish but in person they are blue. He has a naivety about him and makes me want to protect him. When he was bred you could almost see the eyes pop out of his head and he is very expressive with his mannerisms like he wants to communicate. You'll see him on the home page pointing at his mate, which is forever etched in my heart. He's a sweetheart and a looker!

Phiddipus Regius Regal
Gambler
Big fella! Gambler was super shy with me for the longest time. Then one day, he decided to trust me. He hangs out on his enclosure door often and when I open it he is ready to adventure. He really likes the play-gyms and as you can see from the photos he's good at bridging gaps! Gambler is a well appreciated male around here when considering siring babies.

Phiddipus Texanus Male
Casanova
With three texans in the house this is the one that won the heart of Kiss Me Kate. I am still waiting to see if the pairing was successful. He is a little dude, but tried his best. She's got lots of curves and is big boned, so one can only hope. Even if the pairing wasn't a success I plan to do more with this species. Texanus are so chill....just happy to sit with you and aren't in a hurry to get anywhere fast. Casanova earned his name as he was the only one brave enought to romance the pretty lady. This variant can be redder, and he is more of a burnt orange. He's an all around good guy. Yee Haw.

Phiddipus Regius Male
Gandy Dancer
Gandy is settling into the MTJS household and is newer to the team. We've got big plans for him to bring his Orange Lineage and pair him with Rain. Gandy exemplifies jumper and likes to jump vs the typical stroll of a jumper. I named him after my nemesis but favorite ski run at Mary Jane. Personal goal was to master that bump run without stopping. I accomplished that once, and it was enough for me. He looks up for anything with his UP personality. Look for more from Gandy Dancer.

Phiddipus Otiosus Northern Female
Rose
I could go on and on about this girl. She's the one I can talk about forever and people will think I'm weird. She is young at heart, a try hard, perfectionist, acrobat, trusting, gorgeous girl. She is the "It" with otiosus, as in Super Star status in my book. Rose has the most hides of anyone, when out of her enclosure she regularly practices jumping off your hand and climbing back up....over, and over and over again. Sadly, I have tried pairing her with Northerns and they didn't perform...I tried pairing her with Maverick (FL oti) and she has laid twice and they weren't fertile. She is very unimpressed with this, so I hope we get lucky soon. SHe's a fave all the way.

Phiddipus Adumbratus
Gwendolyn
Gwen is the only little sprite that has bitten Maverick! She is a slow mover and I was trying to move her along to get her out to feed....and she didn't like being rushed one bit. Thankfully it was a warning bite, so she has some heart and didn't penetrate or dig in...just a warning to me. I noted it and am very patient when I work with Gwen! She is a stunning Adumbratus with creamy gray tones, lots of fuzz and nice markings. She was paired with Versace. THeir first clutch was VERY small, and am hoping for more babies soon. She's a great mom too!
